Instruction As a student, you will receive instruction in the home of the teacher, and will see, hear, and speak only your target language.  In this way, you will come to speak and understand Swedish through the simple and natural process of immersion. By living and studying in your own personal teacher's home, you live in the language... you can't avoid learning! As soon as the student wakes each morning, the lesson begins. From chatting over breakfast, lunch, and dinner, to the end of the day when your are just relaxing or watching TV, the language spoken is the language you are studying. All conversations and social activities are in your target language, with your teacher as your guide.

This language immersion approach makes this method of learning effective and gives the student an insight into the language and lifestyle. Our language trainers encourage the students to become more self-confident when speaking a foreign language. Regardless of the starting level, students will feel secure and comfortable, allowing them to concentrate on learning and using the language - not just on how it sounds.

Course Lessons

1. Standard Individual Program, 15-25 Hours (in Swedish, German or English) - All locations except Stockholm
The teaching materials are suited to the needs and wishes of the individual.  You will have customized lessons according to your learning level and can decide how many lessons you would like to take.  Each private lesson lasts one hour, and you can choose to take 15, 20, or 25 lessons per week. You can also choose how many weeks you would like the program to last - from one week to five weeks or more. Available in Dalarna, Skåne, Småland, Halland, Hälsingland and Östergötland.

2. Language & Culture Group Program - All locations except Stockholm: You will have two kinds of lessons: ordinary lessons and so-called “learning by doing and talking” lessons, including excursions with your instructor, who will act as your own personal tour guide. Excursions involve visiting nearby attractions or in the nearest town, depending on the season. The time with your teacher and group will be 30 hours altogether. You will also have many opportunities to exercise your Swedish skills in everyday life. Available in Dalarna, Lappland, Skåne, Småland, Halland, Hälsingland and Östergötland.

Unterricht
Sie erhalten den Unterricht im Hause des Lehrers und wenden Ihre Sprachkenntnisse praktisch von früh bis spät an. Sei es beim Frühstück, auf begleiteten Ausflügen und Besichtigungen, beim Nachtessen mit der Familie oder beim entspannten Fernsehen. Sie sehen, hören und sprechen nur noch in der neuen Fremdsprache. Sie werden überrascht sein, wie schnell Sie sich ganz natürlich in der schwedische Sprache unterhalten können.
Das Lernniveau und die Lehrmittel werden individuell auf Ihre Bedürfnisse und Ihre Wünsche abgestimmt. Im Unterricht werden Sie sich mit dem Lehrer angeregt unterhalten. Die Unterhaltungen sind oft so spannend, dass Ihnen nicht bewusst wird, wie locker Sie sich in der Fremdsprache unterhalten. Die grammatikalischen Regeln, die für das erlernen der Sprache notwendig sind, werden Ihnen einfach und anschaulich vom Lehrer erklär. Viele dieser Regeln werden Sie bald automatisch nach Gefühl anwenden. Neben dem Unterricht werden Sie viele Möglichkeiten finden, sich frei und locker in Schwedisch zu unterhalten.

Wir bieten Ihnen mit diesem Kurs die besten Vorraussetzungen, die Sprache gründlich, schnell und fliessend sprechen zu lernen. Die Einzellektionen erhalten Sie im Haus des Lehrers, das Lernniveau und das Lehrmittel sowie Ausflüge und Besichtigungen werden individuell auf Ihre Bedürfnisse und Ihre Wünsche abgestimmt.

Sommerkurs Sprache & Kultur
Mit diesem Kurs bieten wir Ihnen ein spannendes, abwechslungsreiches Sprach- und Kulturerlebnis an.
Die individuell auf Sie abgestimmten Privatlektionen erhalten Sie im Privatunterricht bei Ihrem Lehrer zu Hause. Am Nachmittag unternehmen Sie zusammen mit Ihrem Lehrer und einer Kleingruppe (max. 4 Teilnehmer) kulturelle Ausflüge wie z.B. der Besuch eines der interessanten Museen in Stockholm, traditionelle Festivals, Führungen und Besichtigung, Theater oder einen Ausflug in die nähere Umgebung.
